Episode 16: Therapy For Everyone!

Amanda and Brooke are getting vulnerable and honest about their journeys with therapy, including how and when they first decided to see a therapist, what depression felt like for them (versus what they THOUGHT depression would feel like), and how they eventually approached medication.
