Episode 91: Going Deep

Amanda and Brooke are hibernating on a rainy day as Amanda gets ready to celebrate her birthday, and Brooke is fact-checking her own counting skills. The ladies then discuss going deep vs. wide—i.e., choosing depth over breadth—in many areas of life and how it can often result in more fulfilling experiences. (There may also be a tangent related to Lindsay Lohan’s return to showbiz?)

Brooke then shares a joy-sparker from one of her favorite writers, and Amanda does her future self a favor by covering her bases for an upcoming trip.
